Public Closed-End Fund Management
We currently manage one publicly traded closed-end fund which trades on
the NASDAQ Capital Market, The Herzfeld
Caribbean Basin Fund, Inc. (CUBA). The fund’s objective is long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of public and private companies, including U.S.-based companies,
which the advisor believes will benefit from
economic, political, structural and
technological developments in the countries in
the Caribbean Basin.
