Hiroshi Otani     |      Compliance Associate

Hiroshi Otani is a Compliance Associate at the firm.  He joined the firm in 2018 and manages day-to-day compliance functions reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.  His duties include monitoring and testing of compliance policies and procedures, assisting in preparation of materials for board and Senior Management meetings, and review of all performance data for compliance with GIPS® standards.  Prior to joining the firm, Hiroshi was a Principal Consultant with ACA Performance Services (formerly of Ashland Partners & Company, LLP), a division of ACA Compliance Group.  His primary responsibilities included verifying investment advisor’s compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) as well as conducting other performance attestation services for investment managers based in the North America and Japan.  Hiroshi is bilingual in English and Japanese.
